The City of Kress has updated the online contact form.
This is a great way to report cocerns or if you have any questions. Simply select the appropriate department you wish to contact from the drop down menu, fill out the remaining information and let us know how we can help you. We will reply to your message(s) as soon as we can, please be patient. If there is a medical emergency, fire, or crime please call 9-1-1
We have listed each department with a short summary of how to use them.
Departments:
General Inquiry: Select this department for general questions, concerns, or compliments about the city or community. You may also make a request to add an event happening within our community to the Calendar of Events page.
City Clerk: Select this department for questions about billing, payments, reconnect/disconnect questions.
Water Department: Select this department to report issues, concerns, or questions on our city's water.
Solid Waste Services Department: Select this department to report issues, concerns or question on our city's trash service.
Records Department: Select this department to make an open records request (Texas Government Code, Chapter 552) or if you have questions about open records.
Animal Control Department: Select this department to report issues, concerns, or questions about animals inside our city.
City Mayor: Select this department for questions, concerns, request, or any issue that needs the City of Kress Mayor attention.
Media / Press Inquiries: Select this department if you are a journalists or media representative.
We also welcome you to visit City Hall in person during business hours for any questions, request, concerns or to report a issue.
