A meeting agenda in Texas is a list of items that the city council will discuss. Agendas are posted 72 hours prior to a meeting at City Hall and online for the community.
The Texas Open Meetings Act (Goverment Code Chapter 551) requires governmental bodies follow certain procedures for agendas, notices & how to conduct open meetings.
