Payments to the city can be made during business hours, after hour payments can be made anytime online or by using the letter drop off located on the front door of City Hall.

You may make written request for open records as stated in Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.  Certain exceptions may apply to the disclosure of information. The City of Kress will promptly release requested information that is not confidential by law, either consitiutional, staturtory or by judicial descision.  All request must be written or typed, the City's preferred method is to bring the request to city hall in person. Please provide a detailed description of the information you are requesting and include your name and address, phone number, dated and signed.

  • Release confidential or restricted information

  • Interfere with police, emergency services, or judicial matters
