  • $5.00 household permit fee. Permit will be kept on your person while using fireworks at all times.

  • Firework usage at the designated locations: Kress Rodeo Grounds or the Little League Baseball Field off Caldwell Ave behind the Kress ISD Football Field between 7:00 PM and 1:00 AM ONLY. Use of fireworks outside these areas, dates & times is prohibited and subject to fines. City Ordinance No. 20250617

  • You & your household agree to obey all local and state laws, practice safe handling of fireworks, and accept full responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from your actions.

  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in fines, legal consequences, and revocation of this permit.

After downloading and filling permit application out fully. Please bring application to City Hall 308 Skipworth Ave Kress, TX in person to be processed.
