Tire Disposal

The City of Kress is VERY thankful to Swisher County for making this possible!

Starting Monday, May 19th, the City will begin accepting tires for disposal. We want all Kress Residents to have plenty of time to take advantage of this amazing opportunity.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

This will continue through Monday, May 26th.

Important Rules:

• Tires must be off the rims (no rims allowed)

• Tires MUST be placed inside the gate wastewater plant where our equipment is parked behind the football field

The City will be requesting City Council approval to install cameras to help prevent illegal dumping.

This is a great opportunity for our community — let’s all do our part and not take advantage of it. Please help us keep this program running smoothly!
